How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders. After this, 10-15 business days for delivery.
What Updates Will I Receive About My Order?
You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your Drone Store order, and another when your order is on its way!
Do I Get A Tracking Number With My Order?
Yes! All Drone Store orders include tracking. It will automatically be sent to your email you provided us with.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
The Drone Store currently accepts Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, and PayPal payments.
I Have More Than 1 Item That I Ordered, Why Did I Receive Just 1?
When you place an order for multiple items at once, some may ship separately from one of our multiple warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
I Need To Cancel/Change My Order!
You have 30 minutes to cancel your Drone Store order once it has been placed. All orders are processed once you place the order, so it is unlikely for us to cancel/change an order; but in some cases, we can. So please make sure you spend some time browsing and order the correct items that you want! Just email us at email@example.com and we will be sure to help you out.
I Need A Refund/Exchange!
Refunds are only permissible if the product is defective on arrival. You have 24 hours from the time you received your Drone Store package to file for a refund due to damaged merchandise.
My Order Was Cancelled And Refunded?!
When your order is foreseen to have an unacceptable delay, we cancel the order and immediately refund you. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. In the unfortunate event that our store shows a product is in stock, but it actually is not, you will be refunded automatically. As soon as the product is back in stock, you will be notified and can order again.
Taxes & Duties
We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees. That is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
